A yearbook collection is the single most important source of information about a School's heritage.
Yearbooks range from the foundation years to current years. Many of the early books are fragile and may eventually deteriorate due to handling or acid based paper.
Our goal is to preserve them in a useable way for future generations. That is why Phipps & Associates have embarked on this project to digitize each and every yearbook at your School!
Not only will the yearbooks be permanently saved, they will also be accessible online. Phipps & Associates Inc. has partnered with Internet Archive! The Internet Archive is the source for millions of digitized books of all types.
Imagine your yearbooks available online, allowing you to re-visit your past anywhere and anytime you choose!
By utilizing Inmagic Inc's software we will develop for you a fully searchable database whereby any word can be retrieved - a name, a certain team, a club, etc. Every reference to the searched item in the yearbook will be highlighted in blue, so finding information is only a few mouse clicks away!
For an example, check out Trinity College School's 1958 yearbook.
The shipment, scanning, digitization and return of your collection can be readily quoted. Contact us today!
